Dimitri J. Ververelli, Inc. was engaged by Voith & Mactavish Architects and Robert A.M. Stern Architects to provide MEP/FP services for Gerri C. LeBow Hall – a state of the art academic building for the Drexel University Bennett S. LeBow College of Business. The building serves as the academic home to the College as well as a third-space for students – encouraging engagement and team work between students outside of the classroom.

With an area of 177,500 sq. ft., Gerri C. LeBow Hall has been awarded three Green Globes and is among the Financial Times’ list of Business Schools’ Statement Buildings. DJVI performed as the engineering professional and full design and administration services were provided during planning, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems consulting.
