Beginning with the schematic design in 1965, Dimitri J. Ververelli, Inc. has been part of the history of the athletic facilities at Drexel University. The DAC is an approximately 155,000 sq. ft. physical education facility comprised of a variety of athletics and administrative spaces.
On-going work performed by DJVI has included full MEP/FP engineering services for the phased renovation of Drexel’s main indoor athletic center; including, a new chiller plant, air conditioning of arena floor, new spectator areas, arena lighting, pool lighting, renovation of basketball suite and locker rooms, new concession areas, new emergency generator, fire alarm system, natatorium lighting, and a building addition.
